Position: Plant Manager


Qualified Candidite should:
1. Be a Technician Engineer (specialization on production, mechanics…)
2. Report to the Industrial Director of the Group and will manage the Production Plant
3. Make suggestions for techniques and organizational improvements to improve productivity and quality of manufacture.
4. Optimize production organization caring permanently deadlines, costs and quality.
4. English medium-high level knowledge
5. Experience with responsibility activities within the production environment
6. Experience in managing teams
7. Continuous improvement tools implementation and development knowledge
8. Lead Development Projects with Technical components
