• Build and develop sourcing objective/goal/strategy/measure in alignment with core commodity’s strategy, and execute them on the ongoing basis.

• Strengthen relationship with key suppliers through enhanced collaboration for sustainable business growth; Participate in strategic meetings with suppliers and business leaders to drive innovation and execution of defined strategies.

• Analyze total spend for which is accountable, identify sourcing projects for individual subcategories within that spend, and develop an overall cost reduction plan for their total category. Measure actual savings achieved and other key performance metrics.

• Leads innovation and development with suppliers, and collaborates with Marketing, R&D and Quality team. Build strong supplier partnerships and expand category knowledge. Is a subject matter expert in specific product category

• Develop risk mitigation strategies to proactively manage price inflation risk, geographic risks and other risks associated with Sourcing while maximizing margin opportunities.

• Share best practice within the team and drive process improvements efforts across the extended supply chain to improve efficiency.

            Understand market trend and technology evolvement. Identify and capture the market intelligence to feedback to product development and product marketing team to seize the opportunity where appropriate. 

任职资格:

  

• Bachelor degree or above with majored in International Business  or Supply Chain/Procurement;

• Mechanical and Electronic Engineering background is preferred;

• Minimal 5 years’  experience in procurement management ;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills for external and internal contacts;

• Good analytical abilities to assess the performance of suppliers against criteria such as quality, cost, reliability and financial stability;

• Strong ability of coordination; cross-functional/culture experience preferred;

• Service oriented and attentive to details;

• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and proactive working attitude;

• Work with patience and independence;

• Integrity, trust;

• Strong negotiation and project management skills;

• Fluency in both Chinese and English; Japanese is preferred;

• Good command of office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
