Key Responsibilities:
1. Global responsibility for Automation initiatives.
2. Develop manufacturing process in order to reach high level yield.
3. Develop written instruction to get Automation process qualified for any product/customer.
4. Spread the knowledge internally by organizing training for key functions.
5. New product Introduction Process on shop floor.
6. New technologies & innovations which can add value to the company.
7. Automation & UPoH development.
8. Global support to the others plants.

Key Requirements:
1. College degree or above on Mechanical Engineering related disciplines.
2. Proficient in reading, writing and speaking of English.
3. Excellent communication to express ideas.
4. Negotiation skills.
5. Team spirit.
6. Open mind to discuss the issues & get a deal.
7. Systematic way of work - first plan then execute.
8. At least two years experience on the industry.
9. Experience with Automation solutions for the Electronic Industry;
10. Deeply knowledge about process adjustment to get high level 1st pass yield.
11. Quality tools such as capability analysis , DOE , GR&R , etc.
12. Experience with automation is highly appreciated as well.
