职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
In charge of planning and purchasing department, Hiring, training and motivate the team member to promote their capability
Daily operations handling, dispose any urgent case in production and whole supply-Chain process
Drive production and related operations department to utilize Max. Company capacity to fulfill multiple customers' unstable forecast requirement
Drive improvements in suppliers' performance, improve VMI implementation percentage, supplier's OTD performance to keep production line running smoothly, improve company capacity utilization and flexibility
Reduce replenishment cycle time, inventory level to keep utilization of warehouse space to improve inventory turns
Ensure fast response for any customer's demand with close communication with Sales and marketing team
Monitor and manage key items' inventory deposition process, including cancelled orders, customer and supplier returns, and warranty claims
Ensure proper communication is being generated for ECO and EOL items, to control E&O number and liability clarification with customers and suppliers
Work with sourcing team to manage suppliers' performance, drive enhancements to the supplier scorecard and supplier management process, maintain and improve supplier's relationship
Work with them member to drive company KPI to achieve goal
Work with management team to review and define KPI handling
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above
Excellent in both oral and written English
5-10 years of experience in planning /purchasing/inventory management
3 years or above management experience in global manufacturing company
Communication and Cross functional collaboration
Initiative and ability to identify, prioritize, build and execute plans
Good responsibility, hard work
