岗位职责：

1. 进行产品架构设计，开展日常关键业务功能设计实现，解决客户支持中疑难杂症；

2. 持续优化与改进产品架构，提升产品质量与用户体验；

3. 培养设计人员，指导相关设计工作；

4. 编写核心模块技术实现方案，制定现场产品运维具体部署方案，输出该模块总体设计方案；

5. 作为决策者，参与该模块设计方案评审并批准执行；

6. 组织建立完善产品功能从需求分析、设计和开发的规范化流程。

任职要求：

1. 计算机、软件工程、通信、电子、财会等相关专业本科及以上学历；

2. 具备5年以上主导产品系统研发及相关管理工作经验；丰富的互联网工作经验，负责的产品覆盖超过500万以上消费者，或者1万以上企业客户；

3. 技术背景深厚，熟悉分布式计算、云计算等相关技术理论，具有较强的架构和设计能力；

4. 要求精通微服务技术架构，熟悉网络通讯协议和分布式数据库等。
