Duty:

1. Takes charge of installation and commissioning for corrugated machines;
2. on site trouble shooting and maintenance for corrugated machines as well as provides 24-hour technical support on the phone;
3. Support spare parts sales;
4. Develop and maintain healthy relationship with customers. Foster customer loyalty to BHS products;
5. Provide training to customer about product operation, maintenance, and some knowledge on spare parts;
6. Finish the other works assigned by manager.

Releated Qualifications:

1.College degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or related disciplines.
2.2-3 years related mechanical service working experience in a multinational middle-sized company.
3.Experience in corrugating or related industry would be a plus.
4.Good command of English oral and written.
5.Be ready to travel extensively.
6.Good communication skills, teamwork spirit.
7.Be positive, open minded.


工作职责:
1.负责瓦线的的安装与调试，现场故障解决，机器的定期的维护保养，同时提供24小时电话技术支持。
2.协助备用零件销售，完成相应指标。
3.与客户建立良好的合作关系，培育客户产品忠诚度。
4.向客户提供有关产品操作、维护、关键部件运行等方面的培训。
5.完成部门经理交办的其它任务。

要求:
1.大专以上学历，机械类相关专业。
2.三年以上机械行业售后服务工作经验，具备较强的动手及现场技术问题解决能力。
3.有大型机械设备现场服务经验者优先考虑，有瓦线行业现场工作经验者优先考虑。
4.具备良好的英语说写能力。
5.可频繁出差。
6.良好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神。
7.积极主动，思想开放。
