Duty:
1. Takes charge of installation and commissioning for corrugated machines;
2. on site trouble shooting and maintenance for corrugated machines as well as provides 24-hour technical support on the phone;
3. Support spare parts sales;
4. Develop and maintain healthy relationship with customers. Foster customer loyalty to BHS products;
5. Provide training to customer about product operation, maintenance, and some knowledge on spare parts;
6. Finish the other works assigned by manager.

Releated Qualifications:

1.College degree or above, majored in electrical and automation engineering or related disciplines.
2.2-3 years related electrical service working experience in a multinational middle-sized company.
3.Experience in corrugating or related industry would be a plus.
4.Familiar with SIEMEN PLC technology and Lenze driver, skillful in manual work.
5.Good command of English oral and written.
6.Be ready to travel extensively.
7.Good communication skills, teamwork spirit.
8.Be positive, open minded.


工作职责:
1.负责瓦线的的安装与调试，现场故障解决，机器的定期的维护保养，同时提供24小时电话技术支持。
2.协助备用零件销售，完成相应指标。
3.与客户建立良好的合作关系，培育客户产品忠诚度。
4.向客户提供有关产品操作、维护、关键部件运行等方面的培训。
5.完成部门经理交办的其它任务。

要求:
1.大专以上学历，电气自动化及相关专业。
2.三年以上机械行业、电气行业，电气方面售后服务工作经验，具备较强的动手及现场技术问题解决能力。
3.有大型电气设备现场服务经验者优先考虑，有瓦线行业现场工作经验者优先考虑。
4. 熟悉西门子PLC、伦茨驱动器运行原理并能熟练操作。
5.具备良好的英语说写能力。
6.可频繁出差。
7.良好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神。
8.积极主动，思想开放。
