Responsibility：

Strategy plan
1.Invovle in company strategical plan making , organize coorpration HR strategical plan and implementation plan; 2.Leade human recourses forecast and plan .

HR system establishment and improvement

1.Establish ,improve all of related policy and procedure such as staffing procedure , new employee on boarding managment procedure ,new employee training procedure , attendance managment procedure etc.
2.Drive company reform , provide HR soluation and proposale ;
3.Establish and improve staffing ,C&B , performance managment , training and development , ER and company culture system , help organization to improve the organizational competency and competity ;

Department managment
1.Make depart. goal and lead team to achieve the target;
2.Develope team member and help to improve their competency and performance
3.Standarlize the HR rutine operations ,monitor ,motivate and lead high working efficiency in HR department to achieve the depart. goal and customers satisfaction

4.Keep the smooth communication with related depart.

Position requirement ：

1.Bachelor degree with HRM ,Managment related major ;
2.More than 8 years HR managment experience ,and 5 years experience in HRM position ;
3.Strong knowledg in labor low ,appropriate knowledge struture,familar with HR 6 modules rutine operation
4.Have the related training in strategical managment ,HRM organizational reform ;
5.Excellent implementation , interpersonal,cooperation ,communication,organization skill;
6.Excellent Chinese &English writting,speaking,reading and listening skill
