岗位职责：

1、负责编制销售渠道拓展方案，并按时提交至上级主管审核。

2、负责销售渠道的开发与管理工作。

3、负责对渠道内容重要客服进行开发，沟通，制定合作方案。

4、负责贯彻本企业的销售渠道政策，并为销售渠道提供必要的支持服务。

5、拟定和完善新渠道的建设方案，策划新渠道的市场推广活动，并对渠道的销售过程进行组织与管理。

6、对新渠道产品的定位和价格策略提出建设性意见。

7、负责及时与渠道成员，客服沟通，反馈市场信心，做出处理意见。

任职资格：

1、大学本科以上，具有市场营销，产品管理等相关专业知识

2、两年以上渠道管理工作经验

3、具备较强的创新能务，沟通能力，策划能力，以及较强的学习意识，团队意识

4、底薪8K。
