Planning and Budgeting:

 

1.Develop and implement EHS strategy in order to achieve section's performance goal. 

 

2.Develop and implement EHS budget in order to comply with company financial goals

 

People Management & Development:

 

Balance the allocation of work across direct reports; Review and provide timely feedback to direct reports regarding their performance; Mentor, develop and motivate them; Help resolve people issues in the team in order to achieve department target.

 

Keep EHS compliance:

 

1.Makesure all the EHS issues meet related Laws and Regulation in order to support business development and comply with EHS requirements.

 

2.Following the EHS compliance audit result and action plan in order to meet the EHS requestment.

 

Promote safety working environment:

 

1.Monitor & conducting H&S framework to reduce risk.

 

2.Develop, enhance, implement and monitor EHS related policies and procedures according to TE policy  as well as EHS goals in order to control EHS risk.

 

3.Develop, monitor emergency response management in order to minimize business impact.
