The Project
Executive is to manage key supply chain project – tester auto-replenishment,
which would improve operation process and optimize cost.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF
THIS POSITION

Main responsibilities are to:

1. Manage display
assortment with the support from VM

2. Manage
tester replenishment to balance display fulfillment and cost

3. Monitor
counter consumption and provide the visibility of report

4. Simulate cost and
take actions proactively if any risk

5. Improve
project process with practice

In this position, all initiative taken to propose
and conduct any continuous improvement (optimized tool, simplified processes,
reduction of administrative workload...) will be welcome and encouraged.

· 2-3 years Distribution / Retail / Supply Chain
Planning or engineering related experience

· Master / Bachelor in engineering background

· Strong analytical, planning and organizational
skills

· Strong interpersonal and communications skills

· Self-starter with ability to work independently and
proactively under pressure

· English proficiency

· Proficient in Excel
