Responsiblities（岗位职责）：

1、根据教学安排，按时按量准备所授课程内容，完成授课任务；

Compile and prepare for teaching contents in time and finish related teaching tasks as required.

2、与其他教师密切合作，创设良好的教学环境及准备相应教学材料；Collaborate closely with other teachers, promote a pleasant teaching environment and make preparation for related training materials and methods.

3、关注学生的学习状态，及时调整教学策略；

ay attention to students and adjust instructional strategies in time if needed；

4、 录制教学视频

To record the teaching video

5、完成其它领导交办的临时性工作；

Finish other tasks assigned by the supervisor；

Qualifications:（任职资格）：

1、大学本科及以上学历（英语教育专业优先）

University Graduate or above ( English/Education major is preferential.）

2、教师应具有至少1-3年的英语教学经验，能为6-15岁的儿童教授英语，保证教学质量；

Teachers  should have at least 1-3 year English teaching experience，Can teach English for children aged 6-15 years old and ensure the quality of instruction；

3、发音好的母语者（优先选择澳大利亚、英国、美国和加拿大）；

Native speakers with great pronunciation (Australian, British, American and Canadian are preference);

4、性格外向，充满爱、耐心、责任感，爱孩子；

Extrovert，full of love、patience、responsibility，love kids；

本职位为全职工作。工作时间（无特殊情况下）周一至周五上午8:00-12:05；下午2:10-5:30（具体时间以学校教学工作要求为准）。每周授课不超过18学时（1学时为40分钟），同时在工作期间需接受校方的其它工作安排，如：组织学生活动、教研活动、集体活动和文化交流活动等；

This position is full-time. Working hours (without special circumstances) Monday to Friday 8:00-12:05 a.m. and 2:10-5:30 p.m. (specific time is subject to school teaching requirements). Teach no more than 18 hours a week (one hour is 40 minutes). At the same time, other work arrangements of the school should be accepted during the working period, such as organizing student activities, teaching and research activities, collective activities and cultural exchange activities.
