Main duties and responsibilities:

1. Responsible for process quality assurance，improve product quality through testing, control and improvement processes.Lead continuous improvement project from quality perspective,and communicate with oversea customers directly.

2. Process/equipment verification/validation

3. Conduct FMEA for new project or new process and make control plan

4. Make internal process audit plan and perform audit

5. Internal quality issue analysis and work with production and related parties towards final solutions.Lead continuous improvement project from quality perspective.Update control plan if necessary

6. Participate in new product introduction, make control plan for new projects, attend FMEA and make input

7. Make production readiness report, make sure production line is approved for mass production

8.Make pilot run report.Make risk management file for new projects

Required skills/experience:

? Bachelor degree in Electronics or Mechanical.

? Perfect in verbal and written Mandarin language

? Fluent in verbal and written English

? Very structured and detail oriented, and good computer skills

? Min. 3 years Quality engineer experience with ISO9001/ISO14001 internal auditor certificate

? Be familiar with quality tools like SPC, FMEA and MSA etc.,

? 6 sigma green belt certificate is an advantage

? Well developed organizing and communication skills. Persistent, polite but masterful

? Well developed problem solving skills

? Skillful in using MS office software like Excel, word and PPT and SPC software etc.

? Professional with IPC detail standard.
