Responsibilities:

1. Building up and maintaining the overseas business development strategies for CBME China.

2. Through participating professional trade shows, visiting customer, communicating with association and other ways, lead the marketing & sales team to identify the potential business opportunities for bringing new and potential customers to actual deals.

3. Identify strategic partner prospects, prepare and participate in negotiations, analyze suggested terms, and manage relationships from start to finish.

4. Coordinate, manage and drive different agent launch regional goal, negotiate the service price.

5. Support the overseas sales team to maintaining customers and developing news.

6. Compare and evaluate which media dissemination is most benefit to draw audiences; recommend sales the best option for dealing with potential customers

7. Work closely with both sales and marketing team to scope and execute the business development plan aligned with our objectives, ensure we are prioritizing the right initiatives.

8. Manage and evaluate key performance indicators, like sales revenue, AR receiving, CRM, the number of overseas professional audience, etc.

9. Supervise / training and leading the members within the team

10. Manage other jobs that may arise

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in international trade or relevant, MBA or overseas background is a plus.

2. Min 5Year experience working in international company, good knowledge and experience with expo industry is a plus

3. Strong business development and project management skills with the ability to initiate relationships, assess partnership viability, work through long and complex deals.

4. Excellent leadership with strong persuasion skills able to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders

5. Balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on tactical work to get things done quickly

6. Confidence in dealing with customers, high emotion quotient to provide win-win solutions for business partners

7. Data driven and “quantitative” mentality with an ability to back up ideas with facts or examples

8. Excellent analytical and planning abilities, excellent communication and strong negotiation skills

9. Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluent English is a must, both written and spoken

10. Willingness to travel locally and overseas
