1、日常跟进公司平台询盘和上级安排的的助理工作。

2、能与国外客户及同事进行面对面、电话、邮件的有效沟通；

3、了解和发掘客户需求，引导客户的顺利下单购买；做好客户的跟进工作；跟踪客诉，帮助客户解决问题；
4、客户来访的接待和订单跟进，平台产品的日常更新和维护，培训；
5、协助海外同事引入的客户询盘；

6、上级安排的其他工作；

任职资质要求：

1、大专机以上学历，英语水平良好；有相关工作经验；（无学历歧视，资质良好可以放低学历要求。）

2、愿意学习, 有去达成目标can do attitude，有自我驱动力和目标；
7、有团队精神和坚持踏实的工作态度；
