Key responsibilities:

• Mange and support store openings, store closing, remodels and pop up projects, following up Next Gen projects in Levi’s China from plan review to opening to ensure adherence to standards, budgets and timelines.

• Be able to take initiative to improve the entire process and efficiency of project management. Develop the new store openings support toolkit. Ensure consistent tools and systems are implemented in each projects.

• Own operational plan review for new stores and remodels from turn-over to post-opening support.

• Communicate and cooperate with cross-functional partners for achieving every projects ‘ milestones by deadline’. Work with Retail Ops Leader to influence the management of each project by actively being involved in key meetings.

• Closely work with DM/SM to organize the whole process of the new store opening and closing.

• Communicate with Franchisee partners and ensure all Levi’s opening/closing standards can realize in partner stores opening.

• Closely work with training department to develop training programs and toolkit for delivering operational excellence to the new store as well as driving the new store business.

• Closely work with store development team and involve in the whole process of new store opening.

  Essential Requirement

• Bachelor/College Diploma Degree

• At least 3 years retail operation experience, solid field operation experiences, new store opening experience will be preferred

• Excellent communication and organization skills with both internal/external stakeholders

• Fast execution ability and ability to multi-task in fast pace environment

• Strong ownership spirit, result oriented and problem solving

• Ability to work independently under pressure

• Speaking and writing English fluently
