Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

-      Manage and maintain the development of strong and differentiated product proposition and brand identity of retail deposit products.

-      Ensure clear understanding of deposit footings, margins, revenue, pricing and monthly performance, and proactively take measures to meet the budget

-      Build up market leadership by maintaining strong focus on competitor activity and take proactive steps to counter them

-     Be responsible to optimize end-to-end process and enhance product performance tracking procedure, as so to facilitate proper product program management.

-      Deliver high-impact product marketing campaigns to meet deposit footing budget 

-      Improve in existing Product Process Management by working closely with  stakeholders 

-      Launch new products own end- to-end process including systems enhancement 

-      Keep highly sense of regulations and internal Risk & Compliance policies

Selection Criteria:

-      University degree above (finance/business/marketing related major)

-      Good communication & presentation skills, Good Oral / Writing capability in En

-      0~3 years personal banking experience 

-      Understanding of deposit product footings, margins, revenue, pricing 

-      Analytic/Strategic thinking /Self-driven/Market & Number sensitive/Good team player 

-      Excel-savvy, SAS coding is highly preferred
