职位描述
Facilities & Security
?Plan, schedule, co-ordinate and supervise all the maintenance related contract services and groups, janitorial, electrical, mechanical, general maintenance, audio/visual of the Futian facilities
?Plan plant, office and production equipment layouts for economy of operation and maximum utilization of facilities and equipment.
?Plan and schedule projects driven by ongoing facilities maintenance and upgrade, including the following:- planning, design, reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and other facilities.
?Liaise and communicate with contractors on reviewing and estimate design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.
?Develops criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.
?Establish, promote and support excellent housekeeping and 5S standards
?Implement and maintain RRD Security policies and procedures in accordance with sound Security principles, regulations, corporate and other applicable guidelines.
?Plan, schedule, co-ordinate and supervise RRD Third party Security manpower provider.
?Lead and /or participate in Security improvements efforts.
?Ensure the site maintain security to highest required level including adherence to TAPA requirements and CTPAT as required by the business.
?Work closely with Group Facilities Director to establish, maintain and improve the facilities overall security.
Environmental Health and Safety
?Implement and maintain RRD Environmental Health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with sound engineering principles, government laws, regulations, corporate and other applicable guidelines.
?Provides ongoing leadership, support, & coordination to facility personnel assigned as program owners to ensure proper implementation and maintenance of their assigned EHS programs.
?May also serve as an EHS Program Champion with responsibility for implementing and sustaining assigned EHS programs
?Works closely with Site management, and Group Facilities Director, Regional EHS Manager to establish, maintain and improve the facility's EHS programs.
?Leads and/or participates in EHS improvement efforts, including:
o Incident investigations
o EHS Focus Groups (Safety Committees, Tool-Box Talks, Assessments, Equipment modification reviews, Equipment Inspections, etc.)
o Injury Reduction Programs
o Change Management (manufacturing process, chemical use, building design, etc)
?Assists in the identification, development, and implementation of proactive programs designed to reduce injuries and illnesses.
?Ensures completion of required employee environmental, safety and health training.
?Assists in the identification and development of budget planning regarding EHS (e.g. projected capital spending, expense budgets, etc)
?Develops, manages and ensures accurate monthly EHS injury & program metrics (e.g., OSHA Recordkeeping, Task Tracker, etc.).
?Administer compliance tracking programs and record keeping systems.
?Review, evaluate and revise company operations, program documentation, plans, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and environmental laws, regulations and standards adopted by the Regulatory authorities, Fire and Building Codes, and other regulatory bodies and standards development organizations.
Requirements:
1. The successful candidate will have a Facilities / Environmental Health & Safety qualification and ideally will be degree qualified or higher.
2. At least 4-5 years industry experience in a similar role.
2 years experience implementing Facilities / Security EH&S programs in a manufacturing or other industrial setting.
1 year experience with training employees on safety and environmental issues in a manufacturing or other industrial setting.
3. Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel & Microsoft Windows operating system.
A proven track record in a Facilities/Security/EHS capacity within a large organization.
Strong verbal, written, analytical, and persuasive skills. The ability to interact effectively with all levels in the organisation.
Self-Direction and keen commitment to setting and achieving clear objectives are a key requirement.
