3、 了解和发掘客户需求，引导客户的顺利下单购买；做好客户的跟进工作；处理客户反馈或纠纷，帮助客户解决问题；
4、 客户来访的接待和订单跟进，平台产品的更新和维护；
5、 愿意学习，阿里巴巴及外贸B2B规则和流程，
6、协助海外分公司和客户，处理订单，跟进交期，协助发货事宜；

7、客户来访接待培训；
8、上级安排的其他工作；
