职位描述
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct the customer performance improvement activities and projects.
- Support the regional service team to analyze individual performance related problem and prepare the solution proposal or investigation suggestion.
- Provide the technical support for all regional service and sales team, production management team and other internal teams
- Cooperate with the other team members to develop the new performance analysis methods, template and platform continuously.
- Feedback the technical developing and marketing information to the regional team and product management team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in Mechanism/Electronics Engineering or related field;
2. At least 5 years above experience in SMT field, familiar with SMT line, machine and process;
3. Skills in process optimization and problem solving;
4. Good communication skills;
5. Good networker.
