About the company:

?    This is a Well-known foreign company in the communication industry

Main responsibilities:

?    Recruit, coach and mentor SQE team , drive continuous improvement activities, set KPI for each member, improve SQE team’s quality level

?    Develop supplier quality evaluation system, and help the suppliers to solve quality problem, and improve their quality standard, quality system, etc.

?    Handle quality complaints, when it involve in suppliers parts

Main requirements:

?    More than 5 years’ quality management experience in international companies, familiar with consumer electronics is prefer.

?    Familiar with Six Sigma, major in Electronic engineering is prefer.

?    With more than 5 years EMS quality management experience.

?     Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, MS Outlook and other office software.

?    English can be used as working language, excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills.
