职位描述
1、负责天猫旗舰店的整体运营及推广,实现运营目标的达成;
2、负责天猫店铺营销活动及方案的策划和执行;
3、策划和统筹执行商品促销方案,制订全年各营销节点的专题促销方案;
4、负责有效提升店铺及产品的访问量,提升浏览量、转换率等关键运营指数。
任职资格:
1、大专及以上学历,2年以上天猫店铺或者天猫推广运营及管理工作;
2、熟悉运营规则,精通店铺推广,有时装行业工作经验优先;
3、过往工作中能够达到3000万业绩体量,懂货品运营;
4、熟悉网站运营流程和网站运营指标数据分析,具有网站促销专题策划和撰写能力,良好的文案功底;
5、积极主动、诚信踏实、能吃苦耐劳,有较强的沟通能力及管理能力。
