岗位职责

1、审查、拟定及修订集团及分公司、分支机构的合同、规章制度，包括重大决议、规章、合同及其他重要文件，监督合同、协议的履行；

2、负责公司的法务事务，为集团及相关下属企业的重大经营管理决策提供法律意见；

3、组织拟订并实施公司法务化管理制度；

4、审核商务合同文本,参与商务谈判，规避公司业务可能面临的法律风险；

5、负责管理和协调公司的诉讼案件以及公司指定的其他事务，为公司提供法律合规保障；

任职要求

1、全日制本科及以上学历，法学专业；

2、两年以上工作经验，具有律师事务所工作经验者优先；

3、熟悉公司法、合同法、经济法、劳动法等方面的法律法规，较强的文书写作能力，具备扎实的法学专业知识和良好的专业素养；

4、能够严格遵守公司各项规章制度，具备良好的职业操守；

5、性格开朗，为人正直，具备良好的逻辑思维能力和沟通协调能力。
