Key Job Responsibilities:

v Interact with internal and external customers during pre and post-sales to understand requirements and drive appropriate program priorities and technical design reviews
v Work with engineering to facilitate transition of solutions from design to mass production
v Direct client support engineers on testing, tuning and troubleshooting as required and lead internal brainstorming sessions in support of issue resolution activity
v Domestic and international travel (up to 25%)


Qualifications & Experience:

v MSEE/CS degree
v 10 years experience with system integration projects in the test and measurement industry with minimum 5 years experience of wireless measurement products and/or associated solution software development. Experience with LitePoint measurement solutions and associated RF technologies an advantage
v Solid understanding of RF systems & high-level programming (C/C++) & scripting languages (Linux Shell, Perl, Python). Experience with MAC OS in test & measurement an advantage
v Hands-on experience in WLAN technologies 802.11b/g/n and/or cellular technologies WCDMA/HSPA/GSM/EDGE/LTE or CDMA200
v Working knowledge of wireless mobile chipsets and chipset providers
v Proven track record in delivering results under tight deadlines in a team context
v 2+ Years management experience
v Customer facing experience is desired

This position is located preferably in Shenzhen, or in Shanghai.
