Be responsible for Order Processing, Production Planning and Material Planning, Customer Service.

KEY JOB CHARACTERISTICS


Respond to all customer requests for information in a timely and professional manner
Proactively inform customers of known major order fulfillment issues as early as possible
Manage the contract review process to ensure that it complies with company procedures
Monitor any customer automated ordering signals
Ensure order entry is complete, accurate and carried out in a timely manner
Maintain order book accuracy in the event of customer order amendments
Control polices on MRP planning parameters and ensure dataflow MRP data is maintained and accurate to meet operation requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

University/college graduated
At least 5 years experience in MPS/MRP,forecasting, manufacturing and multinational company environment practice is a must
Good knowledge at Macola or SAP or similar ERP
Ability to write English reports and correspondence
Ability to speak English
Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
