Responsibilities:

Provides technical support on molding for Global program;

Introduces/Governances the molding standard in China C&E plant;

Leads the cross-plant molding team for molding process transfer, improvement and learning/growth;

Works with Customer Solution/Business development team for new molding manufacturing process into real mass production.

Requirements:

High Certificate or above in Mechanical Engineering discipline;

Minimum 15 years' experience in molding/tooling technical/managerial;

Molding/Tooling hand-on skill (major in molding defect problem solving);

Good communication, self-initiative and good coordination.
