1. 受理客户投诉及意见，并提出解决方案。

2. 负责与相关部门的业务对接与协调，及时解决问题

3. 根据国外代理指令安排出货事宜

4. 管理系统客户信息及制作日常报表

5. 管理及培训小组成员。

职位要求

1. 大专以上学历；

2. 有2年以上的管理工作经验，有货代操作经验者优先；

3. 有良好的海运操作经验

4. 四级以上英语水平，可独立运用英语进行邮件沟通；

5. 熟练使用Office等办公软件

6. 良好的客户沟通技巧和服务意识

7. 良好的沟通能力和团队精神

Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer enquire and complaints in professional manner and excellent attitude;

2. Co-ordinate with Operation Team, customer and oversea offices.

3. Follow up overseas agents' sales & routing order and prepare shipment report.

4. Maintains customer database and daily report.

5. To provide training and coaching and assistance to team members whenever needed

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above;

2. At least 2 years relevant supervisor experience, preferably solide the Freight Forwarding experience;

3. very clear mind in ocean freight operation;

4. English of class 4 or above; be able to use English as basic communication language

5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;

6. Professional customer communication skills and attitude.

7. with good communication technique and team work spirit
