Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate quoting activity with the factory and ensure that a detailed costing is provided which meets the customer’s requirements.

        

• Understand the customer’s technical requirements and communicate the same to the factory.

• Help with material selection for the core, cavity, mold base and other components of the tool optimizing customer’s requirements and cost
• Coordinate submission of tooling drawing by the factory and customer approval of the same.
• Develop a detailed project schedule and ensure that schedule is maintained. Communicate status of the project to internal teams.

                

• Controls from design to production finish all kinds of process to ensure it meets the design approved by the customer.

    

• Solve common problems in the injection molding process, and put forward to improve and preventive measures to our system.
• Write routine project reports and correspondence.
• Will be responsible for additional tasks as assigned by reporting manager.

    

    

Position Requirements:

    

• MUST have 10 to 15 years of recent tooling Project Management Experience
• Familiar with injection mold design and structure.
• Familiar with European and North America mould standards and manufacture requirements.
• Familiar with mold processing technology and mold quality control process.
• Understand all kinds of processing equipment and processing method of machining.
• Understanding the rationality of processing.
• Familiar with various engineering plastic material characteristics.
• Understand the ISO quality management system.
• Skillful using Office, AutoCad, etc general software.
• Proficient in using one of the software like UG, Solidworks and Pro/E.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Knowledge of Word Processing software; Design software; Project Management software and Manufacturing software.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and have strong computer skills
• High degree of honesty, ethics and integrity

    

• Good team cooperation spirit, positive and optimistic attitude.
• Able to travel overseas on business trip.
