职责描述：

1.协调渠道内（展会、团购、小区推广会）活动的实施及落地执行，按计划进行客户拜访并开发新公司及小区推广渠道；

2.收集与分析销售数据，完成销售计划、利润目标以及销售策略，组织市场调研，定期提交业务分析报告和工作计划； 

3.负责家装经销商产品知识和销售技能的培训，提升家装销量；

4.按时完成销售预测，并定时对销售数据进行分析；

5.了解市场竞争状况，搜集相关市场及竞品渠道信息，保持产品在国内家装渠道销售活动的竞争力；

任职要求：

1.大专或以上学历，3 年以上快速消费品/耐用消费品行业销售经验，如有建材行业相关销售经验者尤佳；

2.具有市场开拓，经销商开发、维护与管理的经验，熟悉零售门店/MT/家装/电子商务等渠道销售模式者优先考虑；

3.以销售结果为导向，工作重点明确，有计划开展工作并控制结果；

4.具有诚信、负责和吃苦耐劳的品质，有较强的创造力和自我激励，抗压力强；

5.良好的沟通能力.
