Essential Function
1: Defines the growth opportunity for growth field with key stakeholders1.Develops concept for growth field: market, offering, biz. Model, business case
2.Develops the approach to proof the concept (including feasibilty and go-to market concept)
3.Defines how to develop, to scale up and to test the offering in the market and develops the launch strategy
4.Defines the resource, skill and budget requirements
5.Develops the roadmap and milestones6.Defines key partners/customers and how to collaborate with them
Essential Function 2: Drives execution of the growth opportunity
1.Responsible for progress, quality of results and overall budget
2.Discovers and enters new ideas for business development to pipeline
3.Validates the value proposition, the business model
4.Engages with difined partners and negotiates collaboration contracts
5.Drives the development & scale-up of the offering together with R&D and operations
6.Drives the development & execution of the supply chain plan including evaluation of future production7.Responsible to develop and deliver the business plan supported by sales
