职位描述

1.协助销售经理对公司老客户进行回访销售,介绍高端医疗险,重疾险,意外险等产品,邀请老客户参加会员活动。

2.邀请,布置会场,组织会议活动等经理安排的相关事宜。

 任职要求:

  1、18-35周岁;

  2、高中及以上学历,有销售经验可适当放宽;

  3、表达清晰、流利,有强烈的事业进取心及企图心;

 4、有自信,要相信自己可以做好销售,有强烈的赚钱欲望。

工资待遇:底薪3700---6600元+高提成

2018年统计平均工资8.1K,40%员工月薪过万,20%员工过一万五,10%员工过两万,5%员工过三万。

工作时间:灵活安排,早晚班,大小休(周六全天班) 

早班: 09:00-15:00(周一至周六上班,周末单休); 晚班: 15:00-21:00(周一至周五上班,周末双休)
