岗位职责:

项目资源安排：

1）基于项目执行要求及代理商资源状况/执行能力进行项目Set up(问卷编程） 和delivery （开放题编码和数字报告）部分的资源安排

2）关注整体资源承接力及与业务量动态及趋势，及时提出风险及上升问题

3）配合部门内其他相关组合作策略及计划进行项目资源安排，促进Nielsen与代理商顺畅合作

4）关注并引导研究部同事合理合规地进行Set up 和Delivery资源预定

 

 

能力要求:

本科学历

优先行业内1-2年工作经验者

认真细致，客观公正，责任心强  

乐于团队合作且善于沟通

较强的逻辑思维能力及主动学习意愿

可适应英文邮件读写，听说能力突出优先  

有市场研究行业运作部经验优先, 本地长期居住优先
