1. Create brand and category level quarterly hindsight reports to drives strategic assortment decisions for future quarters and in-season management.

2.Analyze and react to market, customer trends and formulate appropriate strategies in partnership with the cross-functional team

3. Publish weekly business reporting and provide expert analysis on trends and recommendation

4. Partner with Merchandising/Al"location" to create top line and divisional sales，inventory and gross margin.

5. Own strategy for SKU –and "location"-level sales forecast, building new forecast models as needed to support company’s growth.

5. Ensure integrated business planning in alignment (Pre -buy, OTB) by creating a holistic strategy that covers both multi-brand and mono- brand channels/customers

6. Support Sales Coordination Dírector to develop annual business plan in alignment with sales top management

7. Ensure quarterly sales target al"location" in order to achieve yearly target

8. Manage the planning activities I processes to ensure high forecasting accuracy across both multi-brand and mono-brand channels/customers

9. Proactively communicate sales information as required

10. Ensure implementation of sales planning system and strive for its continuous improvement. Ensure execution of sales planning processes and improvement

11. OTB planning: seasonal future order setting, tracking and sign-off. Order management: monthly additional order tracking, al"location".

12. Other projects/ tasks assigned by the leader to aligned with business development

Key Skills / Attributes / Experience

Education

. University degree or equivalent

Professional Background & Experience

. At least 8 years of working experience in sporting goods / clothing industry.

. Sales planning / operation positions are preferred.

IT Skills

. Good at analysis Microsoft office (Excel, Presentation). Strong PC skills

. Knowledge to understand common planning system

Language Skills

. Fluent Chinese/ English
