职位描述

A major muiltnational manufacturer of special chemical, is urgently looking for an experienced sales professional to support their rapid growth in Greater China.

* Sales and Business Development Professional
* Attractive Remuneration
* Familar with Outerwear/sportswear fashion parts and accessories field


Requirements:

- Meet or exceed annual volume growth targets in excess of market growth rates
- Coach and monitor the performance of his/her counterpart Sales Administration Coordinator
- Identify new business opportunities in China
- Develop and grow business in the region
- Foster relationship with key contractors in the region
- Gather competitor and industry information in the region
- Channel external feedback of customers and advise areas of improvement internally
- Coordinate with Technical Support Team and counterpart Sales Administration Coordinator to fire fight quality issues and complaints from customers
- Execute commercial excellence efforts in value selling, negotiations, account management, account prioritization and leveraging other functional teams
- Provide regular updates to management that communicates key trends and risks in the region
- Create and maintain high quality forecasting performance to ensure product availability and eliminate waste in production plan development

Responsibilities:

- University education with at least 5 years of experience in selling similar products, accessories, or fabrics to the apparel industry especially related to sports outerwear (jackets, skiwear, tents, backpacks).
- Technical knowledge in apparel or trims in sportswear market.
- Good contacts with International sportswear brands and Chinese sportswear brands.
- Experience of bifurcated sales/nominated supplier sales.
- Able to sell our competitive product advantage and not compete just on price.
- Travel frequently to work with clients / factories.
- Good communication skills and comfortable to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- High proficiency in English
