Key Responsibilities :
1. Leading and accountable for Customer Service Department to follow up customers' inquiries and orders professionally.
2. Effectively arrange manpower and resources to cater outra workload variation during peak / off-peak seasons.
3. Oversee logistics function to effect shipment arrangement and courier serivce among customers, suppliers and overseas offices.
4. Collaborate with Warehouse Dept to close monitor stock level in satisfactory level.
5. Identify and propose reacting initiatives for potential business opportunity and challenges.
6. Create training procedures and standards to enable new comers adapt to guidelines and service levls.
7. Review, modify and implement SOP to ensure orders are handled within proper procedures and timelines.
8. Develop poractive working attitude among teammates as well as with other departments.
9. Partner with Management Team to establish friendly working climate and culture.
10. Maintain regular reports for Management review.

Requirements :
1. University graduate with 8 years relevant working experience in customer service or business account service.
2. Minimum 4 years in management level and experience in developing a team from basic in foreign based company is essential.
3. Experience in monitor order coordination among CS, logistics and warehouse is highly preferred .
4. Well organize and planning with excellent interpersonal skills, proactive and people management skills to motivate the team for excellent performance.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to drive for improvement.
6. Proficient in spoken and written English (CET-6 or above).
7. Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and ERP system logic.
8. Living in Dongguan and immediately available is preferred.
