E-commerce Assistant Project Manager/Account Manager
JMwant is an innovative e-commerce drop shipping provider, delivering specialist e-trading channels to create opportunities retail distributors around the globe. We currently have offices in other regions such as Los Angeles, Berlin and Sydney. Our International Business Development team is comprised of leading advisors who plan, development, manage and deliver sustainable projects within time frame.
JMwant is seeking an Assistant Project Manage/ Account Manager to join our International Business Development team located in Bao An office.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Support and assist Senior Project Managers in the delivery of quality e-commerce business development projects, organize meetings and video conferences. This is a "front line" role.
- Responsible for writing and compiling reports, managing, coordinating sub-consultants and technical staffs, coordinating e-commerce web development.
- Lead and organize parts of projects and teams under the direction of Senior Project Managers.
- Liaise and maintain profitable relationships with clients, manage client enquiries and answer basic technical support.
- Support leadership in a client-centric team culture with a focus on effective project delivery to time, cost and quality expectations.
- Approach all situations with a positive attitude and a focus on achieving outcomes.
We are looking for people who can point to the following skills and experience:

-Sound knowledge in international trade and some experiences in working with e-commerce platform, e.g. ebay, Alibaba, Amazon, Paypal etc.
-Solid experience in customer services and account management
-Initiative, organized and attention to detail.
-Strong communication skills and excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
