      职位描述：

  

• Origination & Submission Stage: All supporting docs including screening report and constitutional doc are provided in complete and clear pack timely, no missing items;

• On-boarding Stage: legal documentation and supporting doc are submitted to relevant department timely, complete and in clear package as required; and irregularities can be followed up and resolved effectively;

• Make sure OSCA record is updated timely;

• Make sure docs requirement for loan drawdown/trade finance is fulfilled;

• Follow vendor confirmation procedure without missing information/ error;

• Follow machine inspection, valuation procedure without missing/overdue.

• Prepare account opening documents and conduct CDD on time;

• Prepare documents for equipment mortgage de-registration timely;

• Help to arrange insurance for mortgaged property/machinery timely;

• Number & system input per annual and its quality;
  
  任职要求：

                      

• Degree holder or above.

• At least 3 years’ experience of similar exposure.

• General Banking & Product knowledge.

• Systematic and well planed.

• Team player, willing to take new assignment.

• Problem solving skills & sense of risk.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
