MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Conduct new Store Employees flash training in the field and provide training feedback for supervisor to follow up.

· Conduct new Store Employees counter coaching and performance evaluation during probation period.

· Support trainers to do on counter oral test (or role play) for each Store Employees before new product launch to ensure the product benefits are correctly conveyed to customers.

· Organize and implement Store Employees reinforce training or specific coaching project.

· Support all kinds of promotional activity, especially store VIP and mini facial activity.

· Monthly summarize Store Employees coaching result and meeting with National Training Director for further improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Have more than 5 years counter management and coaching experience in cosmetic industry.

· Strong selling skills

· Willing to travel frequently.

· Basic PC skills (word, excel, powerpoint)

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Motivating others

· passionate, creative and drive for result
