Responsibilities:

? Manage POs and routine communicate with BUs on delivery requirement.
? Liaise with suppliers on pull in/ push out actions.
? Coordinate shipment and associated documentations.
? Assist implementation of overall supplier development strategies.
? Assist to maintain supplier information database.
? Effective communicate with BUs and provide status reports regularly.
? Other responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

? Degree/Higher Diploma in Business, Logistics or related subjects.
? Minimum 1 years of related experience in multi-national company.
? Good experience in using MS Office, Outlook, and related computer software.
? Self-motivated, good team worker and communication skills.
? Good in both oral and written English is a MUST
