任职资格：

1、大专以上学历，审计、财务、税务、统计、法律和信息技术等相关专业；

2、三年以上企业内部审计或财务管理工作经验；

3、了解手机行业经营管理模式，能熟练运用审计技术进行调查取证，获取充分、适当的审计证据，出具恰当的审计报告和审计意见；

4、熟悉国家财税法规及当地实际税务运作，熟练使用 ERP 系统与财务管理软件；

岗位职责：

1、内控方面：

 

     内部控制制度的健全性和有效性以及风险管理情况审计；

2、 公司业务方面：

1、经营成果，财务收支及其有关的经济活动的真实性、合法性、合规性、

效益性审计；

2、各部门、下属企业领导任期经济责任审计或离职审计；

3、资金筹措与运用的合理性、合法性、效益性审计；

4、工程项目的立项、资金来源，以及预算、决算、竣工、开工情况审计；

5、资产安全、完整，增值保值情况审计；

6、公司的重要合同、协议签订及履行情况审计；

7、关联交易的确立和执行情况审计；

8、重大财务异常情况专项经济责任审计；

9、财务预算执行情况审计；

10、部门领导交办的其他审计事项。

3、文档管理：建立、保管审计文档，确保所有审计证据的客观、真实、完整。
