Position: Team Head,
Commercial Banking Shenzhen Branch

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the branch’s commercial business development teams and work closely with Branch General Managers & key stakeholders to deliver overall assigned budgeted targets for the branch
• Ensure good quality new customer acquisitions and drive productivity
• Ensure timely follow up and submission of all credit applications
• Maximize branch Comm Banking productivity & product value stream
• Review deployment of resources from time to time to ensure resources are optimized
• Drive commercial banking business strategies together with Country Function Head to achieve short term revenue target while ensuring long term business growth sustainability to build a scalable business model in China
• Supporting Country Function Head in People, Talent Management and business development initiatives
