QC Manager 品质保证部经理 (服装配饰鞋子)

Job Details

- Organize and facilitate supplier/factory and internal training

- Analyze , understand and promote market trend and best practice

- Support management instructions and assignments

- Liaison with Sourcing Team for inspection and quality issues

- Monitoring and tracking the 3^rd Party for Inspection misconduct investigation

- Shadow audit the auditors to make sure the 3^rd Party QC is executed the confirmed Working Instruction Manual

- Communicate with all related parties to streamline and facilitate the inspection procedure and requirement

- Communicate and clarification with 3^rd party on inspection process and inspection protocol to align MQE/Technical team perspective

- 3^rd Party inspection invoice checking

- Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed

Basic Reuqirements:

- At least 7 years of relevant experience

- College Degree or above

- Work ethics and integrity is a must

- Analytical and problem solving ability.

- Business and commercial understanding.

- Proactive and Independent with creativity.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Good spoken and written English.

- Team Player

- Sense of urgency

- Customer Service oriented
