Maintenance Technician 设备维护技术员

  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  

1. Make regular Production equipment preventive maintenance schedule, action & record

2. Continuous improving on machine efficiency, component attrition and downtime

3. Equipment maintaining and repairing, new equipment set-up and commissioning data compilation

4. Responsible for daily mechanical operation and troubleshooting on site on duty, statistics of machine downtime according to repairing daily record, working out and implement containment actions

5. Responsible for spare parts management, controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment

6. Be able to run shift

            

REQUIREMENTS:

  

1. College degree or above, major in electronics or mechanical, good knowledge of automation control is a plus

2. At least 3 years related equipment maintenance working experience (WB/DB) with semiconductor background is preferred

3. Working closely with team members to achieve team goal

4. Good Read and written English is preferred

        

工作职责:

  

1. 解决设备主要故障，新设备设置跟踪，保证设备正常运行

  

2. 不良率分析，协助工程师进行工艺改善

  

3. 收集及分析相关设备数据以提高设备的可利用率

  

4. 支持WB/DB全容量生产

  

5. 实行减少客户投诉及生产项目

  

6. 完成由直接主管指派的其他工作

  

7. 轮班工作制
