Position：固件研发/嵌入式开发

Company Description：

世界两大光源制造商之一，产品主要基于半导体技术，领域包括虚拟现实、自动驾驶、智能手机，以及建筑和城市中的智慧互联照明解决方案等，在汽车照明领域，是全球市场和技术的领导者

Responsibility：

？ 作为指定项目的固件和产品设计师，提供固件设计、架构实施、采用最新固件开发技术等方面的技术知识，以实现良好的产品定位和竞争力。

？ 在整个开发阶段，领导解决与项目执行团队相关的技术问题方面。

？ 与研发经理/高级职能专家密切合作，协助领导研发团队。

？ 在产品组合中实施最新的固件技术，包括dexal/dali和无线模块（包括nfc、bt-mesh或zigbee）API控制接口。

？ 职能部门工作，偶尔跨区域工作（亚太地区和欧洲、中东和非洲之间）。

Requirement：

？ 电子工程或相关专业，本科以上学历。

？ 5年以上 电源/照明行业的嵌入式/固件设计经验。

？ 在DALI/DEXAL驱动程序、基于微控制器的平台和无线模块集成方面的相关设计知识和经验；

？ LED数字驱动程序设计知识/经验优先，尤其是在DEXAL/DALI驱动程序、NFC/BT网格接口技术方面。

？ 较强责任感，对产品设计的成功负责，包括生产后的质量保证。

？ 独立工作，在职责/权限和产品要求范围内做出设计决策。

？ 具有全面的在解释设计概念、固件架构、固件验证方法等方面的沟通技巧。
