Position：硬件研发

Company Description：

Responsibility：

？ 作为电路和产品设计师，提供产品设计、平台选择、组件选择、***采用等方面的技术知识，确保我们的产品具有良好的定位和竞争力。

？ 领导解决在整个开发阶段的技术问题

？ 与研发经理/高级职能专家密切合作，协助领导研发团队。

？ 为初级研发工程师提供技术培训，以提高团队的知识和专业实践水平。

？ 跨职能部门工作，偶尔跨区域工作（亚太地区和欧洲、中东和非洲之间）

Requirement：

？ 电子工程或相关专业的硕士/学士学位。

？ 5年以上 电源/照明行业的硬件/固件设计经验。

？ 在基于DALI/DEXAL驱动程序和微控制器平台方面的相关设计知识和经验

？ LED驱动器设计知识/经验优先，包括使用适当的设计工具，如pspice、ltspice等。

？ 独立工作，在职责/权限和产品要求范围内做出设计决策。

？ 偶尔前往欧洲和亚太地区进行技术共享和转让。
