Qualification:

  

1. Bachelor degree of engineering

2. Good team spirit, cooperative

4. Good English speaking, listening, and written

5. Rich knowledge of SPC,6Sigma,Gauge R&R,QC tools

6. Rich Medical device quality control experience, know ISO-13485 rules, or have knowledge of FDA

7. Polite and in good manner, comply with company discipline

              

 

  

Responsibility:

  

1. Perform routine Quality control job, including incoming material quality control, In process quality control, Finish Goods quality control, make QC report

2. Translate English ECN,ECO to Chinese quality control plan, instruct QC to do quality control job

3. Make QC working plan, QC inspection and discipline

4. Manage Customer complaints until it is completed and closed out

5. Departmental VIP's Qtr. @ RLI and PM

6. Hands on with Quality on new product implementations and process improvements. Promote and encourage new process improvement projects and ideas.

7. Following new process, machine & Equipment verification, make test report

8. Maintain all FDA and ISO certifications.                 

9. ISO13485 system maintenance and QA report 

10. CAPA and quality issue follow up   

11. Plan Internal audit schedule and make sure it is followed

12. Prepare documentation for SGS audit and following the external audit

4. 英语读写熟练，可以看懂英文文件

5. 懂SPC， 6西格玛，QC手法及工具

6. 有医疗器械经验更好

7. 有礼貌，服从公司纪律

3. 制定QC工作计划

4. 内审，外审
