工作职责：

1 定期upload 订单数据到系统内并负责数据维护与修正

2 定期核对系统账单，修正并及时与操作协调，通知开票

3 需要协调SCHENKER各个site以及不同BRANCH之间数据录入的及时性与准确性

4 需要核查供应商系统数据录入及时与准确性，协调供应商按照标准及时录入数据

5 主动与Schenker内部系统同事合作，反馈问题以及push解决系统问题

6 主动与负责不同模块操作同事确认每月开票进度，确保开票进度在timeline上

7 定期与国外客户con-call以及Email沟通，核对开票金额以及对应清单

8 月度提供Global KPI以及Monthly Review meeting 资料

任职要求：

1 大专以上学历，有两年以上相关工作经验

2 英语四级，口语，书写流利

3沟通，协调能力强
