职位描述
1、通过集团电话回访预约办理保险业务的客户,给客户提供专业的高端医疗险,重疾险,团意险 意外险
旅游险等保险产品优质的服务;
2、在线审核客户投保信息资料,确保客户资料准确以及客户后续续费日期提醒等;
3、通过电话给客户提供准确、真实的产品信息和服务。
