Bachelor's degree in finance/ business administration or comparable academic background; 2. At least 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing firms, preferable in an international environment in the automotive industry; 3. Good analysis skill and problem solving skill.  4. Passionate and Proactive working manner. Excellent interpersonal skill and good team work spirits 5. Good understanding of local tax regulations and accounting procedures according to China GAAP; 6. Comprehension of complex data structure and thorough data analyses; 7. Good understanding of tariff and production costs structures; 8. Experience in budgets implementation and controlling; 9. Experiences in Microsoft products especially in Excel (perfect), Word; PowerPoint etc.  10. Rich SAP experience with modules CO/FI, preferable with customizing experience. 11. Experience with Cognos would be a plus; 12. Fluent in English, both orally and in writing; 13. Leadership experience preferred; Open minded & Accountable; 14. Hands-on mentality and ability to work under pressure; 15. Ability to lead changes and improve processes and quality
