Duties & Responsibilities

A. OUTSIDE LAB TESTING FOLLOW-UP

v Daily update outside lab test status, and send it to related teams on every Friday

v Request TRF for 1st board items from HQ quality based on weekly outstanding order list, send TRF to related vendors and ensure the samples can be submitted at least 3 weeks before shipping date.

v Follow up Incompliance from lab till it is resolved, including send email with investigation report, and update master incompliance file etc.

B: COST SUMMARY UPDATE

v Invoice collection from outside labs.

v Monthly send cost summary to HK financial team and HQ.

C: KPI DATA UPDATE AND OTHER DUTIES

v Monthly send updated KPI to quality manager based on key performance of vendors related to outside lab test results.

v Perform other duties as assigned and as needed by leader including but not limited to: FOB client`s request, report status checking and preparation.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

v Proficient in Microsoft Office

v Knowledge of the principles and practices of outside lab testing operation.

v Skill in supervising and coordinating the work of others.

v Ability to effectively communicate with others.

Preferred Qualifications

v Background in Physics or Chemistry.

v Graduate Teaching Experience.

v Experience in testing management or coordination of outside lab.
